Nutrition & Yogi Lifestyle 101 is lead by Amanda Shipe, a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach and Yoga Teacher. This 101 workshops is the foundation of health and dives into Sleep, Hydration, Stress Hormonal effects on the body, Stress Management and Mental Space.
You'll be given a stress assessment which we will score together to enable you to understand your stress response type at this moment and what to do in the future when stressful periods (AKA life) arise.
You will learn what happens to the body, energy and mental abilities when any of these factors are out of whack and how to create rhythms and rituals in your daily life.
101 should be a prerequisite of 102.
