Breathwork has been around for centuries but is not yet mainstream as a healing modality in the western world. As a mom, nurse anesthetist, podcaster, and survivor of a life threatening infection it’s a struggle everyday to emotionally take responsibility with all the things so I’m beyond thrilled breathwork found me! I decided to get my certification as a way for me to manage my own anxiety but when I did my 50 hour in person immersion with 56 other beautiful women, I saw the power of Breathwork and how truly transformative it can be.
Pause Breathwork can be used for relaxation and for meditative transformation. I can facilitate both and I would take your community on 30-45 min Breathwork journey with some background beforehand, setting the intention and then some reflection after.
Pause Breathwork has two intentions and that is 1. To educate and inspire people the power of breath by waking humanity up to the idea that we can completely transform our emotional wellness through the power of self-healing and 2. To disrupt the dependency model and allow us to use our bodies as healers through Breathwork.
