Ready to FLY! Arm Balances for All Levels

Gizella leads this fun and challenging workshop to get you ready to take flight in your practice! In this workshop you will learn how to approach a variety of arm balances with greater confidence. Arm balances are empowering postures from which we can learn a lot about how we approach fear on and off the mat.

We will warm up with a short but vigorous vinyasa flow designed to lay the foundation for balancing on the hands (expect to fire up your core!). Additionally, we will touch on everyone's favorite flying transition - handstand float up to chaturanga flow which will get you soaring high! Explore a variety of all-level arm balances and how to transition in and out of them. Come with a playful attitude and no expectations, ready to soar and take flight!
