Lower Body Love
Every human body needs a strong base of support. Not paying attention to your base can lead to stiffness, loss of strength and stamina, and loss of range of motion. In this workshop, we will focus on the lower body with myo-fascial release, stretches, and mindfulness. We will discuss common dysfunctions like lack of ankle mobility, lower cross syndrome, and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. You will learn how to use balls, rollers, and pranayama to create space in the joints and help release and realign the lower body to help build a strong base of support for your practice.
