Rose began a regular yoga practice after moving alone to a new city and beginning an exciting but stressful job. Drawn to yoga by a Groupon and the promise of a total body workout, Rose quickly fell in love with the way that yoga clarified and calmed her mind, while - yes - strengthening her body as well. Even at the beginning of her yoga journey, Rose was fascinated by arm balances and inversions. An engineer through-and-through she loved seeing the gravity-defying positions that others could hold, or use to transition their bodies between poses.

Several years, and several moves later, Rose has found a new home at MYBO, where she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training. She continues to explore creative sequencing and playful postures. She hopes to surprise and challenge her students, and inspire them to try new postures, find their edge, and discover how strong they really are.
