Sam is a certified Pilates instructor and RYT-200 yoga teacher. She began her journey with Pilates and yoga several years ago and fell in love with the opportunity to de-stress in a productive way that benefited both her body and mind. Her desire to help others perfect their form to prevent injury and experience the same benefits drove her to begin teaching. She believes in the precision of movement, the importance of breath and that quality is much more important than quantity. Her classes use these beliefs as the foundation for your visit to the mat. She provides guidance and modifications for each pose and each class is different from the last, keeping your workouts fresh and exciting. Because of this focus on form her classes are great for new students as well as advanced ones looking to hone their skills. Sam takes the time to get to know each student and his or her needs, so even a large class feels personal. Her classes will help you improve posture, balance and strength with upbeat pop music and Disney references.
