It is our practice to ensure that no two massages are alike. Each client receives a customized experience based on their needs and our therapists’ extensive training within a variety of styles.
We offer deep tissue, therapeutic, and soothing deep relaxation massage for 30, 60, 75, or 90-minute sessions. Our massage therapists also integrate aromatherapy into every session. Please advise your therapist in advance if you prefer no aromatherapy or suffer from any allergies.
If you are pregnant and would like to book any kind of massage, please email us here so that we may pair you with the appropriate massage therapist.
Eric Cherry has been a massage therapist for over 8 years and has evolved his treatment from full body massage to targeted muscular therapy. He is well versed in the anatomical structure of the body and knows how to release trigger points with targeted, deep tissue techniques. We call him “the Fixer” and the muscle whisperer. As his fingers play the piano on the areas of chronic pain, you feel the release, the healing and the pain dissipate. You feel the therapy.
You can count on Eric to let you know how many treatment sessions are right for you to help you manage your pain. You may need to have these treatments on an ongoing basis in order for them to be most effective.
Thai Massage or “Lazy Man’s Yoga” differs from other techniques as it is done with the recipient being fully clothed and on the floor on a massage mat. An important component of Thai Medicine, Thai Massage is considered a form of energy work that greatly benefits the physical and mental aspects of the body.
Focusing on releasing the energy of the sen lines (which are energetic channels throughout the body), the Thai Massage practitioner applies pressure to the lines using hands, elbows, and knees. In addition to working on the sen lines, the receiver of the massage is also placed in various yoga positions to increase flexibility and circulation.
Fascia Blasting, made popular by guru Ashley Black, can “lessen the look of cellulite, break down fat cells, reduce pain, improve muscle performance, and accelerate muscle recovery.” Fascia, the head-to-toe, fingertip-to-fingertip connective tissue that stretches throughout our entire body, helps us look, feel and function better when it is loose and healthy.
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many reasons, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Far infrared Sauna
Far Infrared Sauna sessions are ideal for detoxifying and cleansing the body, relaxing, and burning calories.
Rather than heating the air (as a traditional sauna will), our Far Infrared Sauna provides direct heat, allowing far infrared rays to penetrate deep into the body where they gently elevate its surface temperature and activate major bodily functions. Far Infrared treatments can help increase blood flow, stimulate metabolism, rebuild injured tissue, and relax the mind and your muscles.
