Start this special retreat on a Friday afternoon. Get to know fellow retreaters with a nice hot cup of chai tea followed by, an early evening yoga practice before dinner. The gentle and sweet sounds of the wilderness provides the perfect opportunity to explore deep meditation. Saturday morning, enjoy a juice or coffee and yoga practice, prior to mid-morning brunch. There are plenty of trails to explore that lead you right into the Mountains. Be captivated with sound healing and feel revitalized by the currents of the sound waves. On your last night, close the retreat experience with an evening yoga session prior to Saturday night dinner. End the evening with a beautiful night of sky gazing. Sunday mirrors Saturday with departures after brunch. On your way out Sunday, take advantage of what the Virginia Mountains has to offer. There are many artisans, bakeries, historical sites, caverns, and other attractions to see on your way back home. Awaken your spirit with this spring retreat in the Mountain Wilderness
