Amy is a Peak Pilates Certified Mat Instructor with a passion for health and wellness. She discovered Pilates while rehabilitating chronic lower-back pain, and found that consistent practice not only relieved her pain but also improved her lifting and running performance. Amy loves to blend contemporary elements with the precision and flow of the classical method. Her classes emphasize intentional movement, breath, and control, offering functional mat sequences that build core stability, foster a mind-body connection, and support an active lifestyle. She believes that Pilates is for everyone and is excited to share how its principles can transform the way you move, in the studio and beyond!
