Somatic Movement Workshop
Tara, who is a movement artist and dancer, leads a gently guided somatic embodiment and movement practice, where creative exercises and embodied explorations lead you back into your body. We listen deeply to the body and move from pure feeling — soft, fierce, flowing, chaotic, or anything in between. Whatever your body wants to express is welcome. Each session becomes a space for co-created movement, honest expression, and letting the body lead.

Mindful Moving Kids
Kids ages 5-11 are invited to join Beth for a yoga & mindfulness adventure! We will learn yoga poses and breathing techniques, then utilize them in games to build self-regulation skills such as impulse control and listening comprehension. The close of each session includes mindfulness practice so kids leave feeling calm, relaxed, and ready to tackle the next part of their day. Classes are led by Beth, licensed school psychologist and certified yoga instructor.
For this special 2-hour holiday workshop, children will make and take a mindfulness craft to remind them of their skills once they leave the studio.

The Interplay of Light and Dark: A Winter Solstice Ritual
Please join us for a grounding practice of breathwork, meditation, guided journaling, and deep stretch yoga with optional assists on the official day of the winter solstice, 2025!
This is a time of exploration of our own shadow or darkness, and our own light or brightness, collectively and personally. Amanda T. will be offering this event, and she has a passion for blending the spiritual and the clinical together, as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), registered yoga teacher (RYT), and professional astrologer.
Comfortable clothing with layers, your journal and pen, and an open mind are encouraged!
