Yoga Teacher

Beth Hardy is the founder/owner of Mindful Moving Kids, LLC. After earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology and neuroscience from Wake Forest University, and Master’s and Education Specialist degrees from Radford University, Beth has been a practicing, licensed school psychologist for over 17 years.  Given her own yoga practice and research proving the positive results of yoga for children, she became a certified yoga instructor in 2018.  Using her expertise in childhood development, learning theory, and mental health, Beth has provided yoga and mindfulness programming to kids and adolescents, using breathwork, body postures, and games to improve confidence, promote physical wellbeing, and practice self-regulation skills.
