Ignite your practice and unleash your inner fire in this dynamic, breath-synchronized flow set in a comfortably heated room (typically 90-95°F).
This invigorating class blends the fluid, dance-like rhythm of traditional vinyasa — where movement links seamlessly to breath — with the transformative power of heat. Expect continuous sequences starting with sun salutations to build internal warmth, flowing through standing poses, warriors, balances, backbends, twists, and core work, all guided by steady ujjayi breath. The heat accelerates your body’s natural opening, allowing deeper stretches, increased flexibility, and a profound detoxifying sweat that leaves you feeling cleansed, energized, and alive.
Sweat it out to an uplifting playlist as you build strength, stamina, endurance, and mental focus. The elevated temperature boosts circulation, warms muscles faster for safer practice, flushes toxins, and creates that addictive post-class glow and endorphin high. It’s a full-body cardio-like workout that’s low-impact yet powerfully challenging — perfect for sculpting long, lean muscle while quieting the mind through mindful movement.
All levels welcome — modifications and options always provided so beginners can ease in while experienced practitioners push their edge. Hydrate deeply before, during, and after; listen to your body, and step back if needed.
What to bring: Yoga mat, sweat towel (essential!), large water bottle, grippy towel or yoga mat towel, breathable clothing.
Duration: 75 min
Level: All levels (with modifications)
Step into the warmth. Flow with intention. Emerge stronger, lighter, and radiant. Your powerful practice awaits!

Warm Slow Flow is a gentle, mindful vinyasa-style yoga practice set in a comfortably heated room (typically 80–90°F / 27–32°C), designed to warm the body gradually while inviting deep relaxation, ease, and presence.
This soothing class emphasizes slow, intentional movement linked with steady, conscious breath. Transitions between poses are unhurried, allowing you to linger in each posture, explore subtle alignments, and cultivate a meditative flow. You’ll move through foundational sequences — think cat-cow waves, gentle sun salutations, lunges, warrior flows, hip openers, and seated forward folds — with plenty of time to soften, breathe, and release tension.
The mild heat supports natural flexibility, encourages a light, cleansing sweat, and helps melt away stiffness without the intensity of hotter power classes. It’s deeply nourishing for the nervous system, perfect for unwinding stress, improving body awareness, and finding that sweet balance between gentle effort and complete surrender.
Ideal for all levels — beginners love the accessible pace and clear guidance, while experienced practitioners appreciate the invitation to go deeper into sensation and breath. Whether you’re recovering, seeking restoration, or simply craving a calmer kind of strength, this class leaves you feeling grounded, open, and quietly energized.
Bring water, a towel for light sweat, and your willingness to move slowly. Come as you are — leave feeling soft, centered, and beautifully at ease.

Yogalates a vigorous practice, but suitable for all levels as variations and modifications will be offered. Yogalates fuses the practices of Yoga and Pilates. Yoga can enhance strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and mental clarity. Pilates focuses especially on muscular skeletal exercises that augment sporting activities, assist in injury rehabilitation and supports those with back problems through re-educating the body’s postural muscles to create a very safe and strong foundation for movement. A Yogalates class will include exercises and poses (asana) to cultivate strength, stamina, stability and flexibility with particular attention paid to building tone in the deeper postural “core” muscles. These protect the spine against injury, support the internal organs and foster pelvic and spinal awareness to promote good posture. Through this class, you can also expect to cultivate greater arm and leg strength for a full body workout. Equipment such as blocks, resistance bands, and weights may also be utilized to further enhance strength and balance

Heated Yoga Sculpt is a high-energy fusion class that blends the heat and mindful flow of hot yoga with the muscle-defining power of strength training — think yoga meets sculpting workout in a steamy room!
Set in a heated studio (typically 90–95°F), this dynamic practice combines Vinyasa-style flows with targeted strength moves using light hand weights (2–5 lbs), resistance bands, or bodyweight only. You’ll flow through sun salutations, warriors, planks, and chaturangas, then layer in bicep curls, tricep extensions, squats, lunges, and core-sculpting pulses — all synced to energizing music and your breath.
The heat accelerates your heart rate, boosts flexibility, promotes a serious detox sweat, and intensifies every rep, turning this into a full-body calorie-torching, muscle-toning experience. Expect to build lean strength in your arms, legs, glutes, and core while improving endurance, balance, and mental grit as you push through the burn in the warmth.
Perfect for anyone craving a sweaty, empowering hybrid workout that feels like yoga but delivers the sculpting results of a gym session. All levels welcome — modifications and weight options are always provided, but come ready to move, sweat buckets, and leave with that post-sculpt glow!
Bring water (lots!), a towel (you’ll need it!), your mat, and optional light weights if you have them. Walk in curious, walk out stronger, toned, and unstoppable.

Yoga walls (also called rope walls) are beneficial for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to advanced, and can also provide amazing support for people who are working with injuries. First, the wall helps you lengthen your spine and decompress your joints. Second, it allows you toincrease strength by working with gravity and your body weight in new ways. And for the more intermediate/advanced practitioner, a yoga wall can really help you with your inversions. By allowing you to be inverted with full support, the wall will help you get more comfortable going and being upside down which can help practitioners move more confidently into unsupported inversions).

Step into a warm, softly lit studio where the heat welcomes you like a gentle embrace (typically 85–95°F / 29–35°C). This heated vinyasa class weaves together flowing, breath-synchronized movement with the transformative power of warmth and the stillness of meditation.
You’ll begin with a few grounding breaths and gentle warm-up movements, then move into a dynamic, mindful vinyasa flow — linking sun salutations, standing poses, balances, and deep hip & heart openers. Expect to feel warmth building from within as energy circulates and a light, cleansing sweat emerges.
The class gradually slows toward the end, guiding you into longer-held restorative shapes and a spacious seated meditation (5–15 minutes) to integrate the practice. You’ll finish lying in savasana, letting the heat cradle your body as you drop into profound stillness and presence.

A gentle, deeply nourishing class designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and find peace in both movement and stillness.
This class weaves together slow, mindful vinyasa-style flowing sequences with longer holds in foundational postures. Every movement is intentional and unhurried — we allow the breath to guide us rather than racing to the next pose. Transitions are smooth and graceful, giving your nervous system time to settle and your body time to truly feel each shape.
The second half of the class invites you into stillness through longer-held restorative poses, gentle twists, supported forward folds, and deeply relaxing floor-based shapes — often with the generous support of bolsters, blankets, and blocks.
Expect a beautifully balanced experience:
Soft, meditative movement that builds subtle warmth and releases tension
Plenty of time to explore sensation and breathe into tight places
Extended moments of profound rest and surrender
A spacious, quiet pace that soothes the mind and invites deep inner listening
Perfect for all levels — especially beneficial if you’re feeling tired, overstimulated, stressed, recovering from injury, or simply craving a slower, more introspective practice.
Come as you are. Leave feeling softer, more grounded, and quietly renewed.
Props recommended: mat, 2–3 blankets, bolster (or firm pillow), 2 blocksLevel: All levels · Gentle · Restorative-infused slow flow
