The max in a class is 10 students so you will always have lots of individualized interaction with the teacher. Our heated classes are outfitted with infrared ceiling panels so you get the benefit of infrared therapy and heat.

Yoga Classes

  • This gentle, beginner-friendly class introduces foundational yoga postures, breathwork, and mindful movement in a supportive and welcoming environment. All instruction is given in Spanish, making it an ideal space for new students to learn clearly and comfortably while building confidence in their practice.

  • This evening practice is your invitation to let go of the day. Slow, steady yin holds create space in tight areas while helping clear mental clutter. As class shifts into restorative shapes, the body is fully supported to promote stillness, gentle breathing, and a sense of safety and calm.

    An ideal class for anyone seeking to improve sleep quality, reduce stress, or simply end the day with intention and ease.

Yoga Wall

The Yoga Wall allows one to feel a yoga pose without the weight of their body, thus feeling what the asana should feel like. It also allows you to hold yoga poses longer with better alignment, and therefore to get more benefit out of their practice.

Pilates

  • We all know that any real program designed to make a serious change must go straight to the core! Mat Pilates classes strengthen and tone all of the body’s core muscles through targeted exercises which challenge the student to focus on specific muscle groups. With practice, students will soon build tremendous core strength. Strong core muscles support the spine, reduce back pain, add an amazing new depth to yoga practice, and are an integral component of athletic performance as well as everyday balance.

Class Registration & Cancellation Policy:

- Classes require a minimum of 4 registered students to proceed. If fewer than 4 students are signed up, the class will be canceled 2 hours prior to the start time.

- To secure a spot, students must register online more than 2 hours in advance, as space is limited to 10 participants.

- No-shows are non-refundable.

- Members with monthly or annual memberships who no-show or fail to cancel more than 2 hours in advance will incur a $15 late cancellation/no-show fee.

Private Classes

Looking to fine tune or further your yoga practice or pilates skills through private guidance? Maybe you are looking for the perfect gift for a yogi in your life? Private classes are an excellent opportunity for beginners and seasoned yogis to work on areas in which they would like to personally improve. MYBO guides will work with you one-on-one or in small groups to tailor instruction and assistance to your individual needs.

We have an amazing group of skilled yoga teachers here at MYBO that all come from unique backgrounds with their own special skill set. They will meet you where you are.

Private Individual Sessions will help:

  • Fine tune your form

  • Deepen your practice

  • Instill focus and confidence

  • Encourage you to explore new poses and movements

Private classes are conducted at the MYBO studio in a private space or in your space, if you prefer. These sessions, by appointment only, allow you to work on the areas in which you feel you need support, guidance, and special attention from a pro.

60-minute private session is $180

We can meet you on any level in your journey if you are seeking care, support, relief, or guidance. We apply Yoga, Pilates Health & Nutrition Plans, Body Work and Energy Healing modalities to guide you.

We have been partnering with companies to do Corporate Wellness and Team Building events since 2012. We lead sessions in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative/Yin, Mat Pilates, Sound Healing and Meditation. We come to your location for your group class, sound healing, meditation, chair massage or wellness event. Ask us to curate a Wellness Series for you!
