I am a dedicated wellness professional and specialize in mindful, strength-building movement. As a certified Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher, I guide my clients through therapeutic practices that restore balance, reduce stress, alleviate pain, and enhance body awareness. As a mat Pilates I focus on teaching core stability, alignment, and controlled precision to build functional strength and improve posture. I incorporate calisthenics practices to empower students with bodyweight progressions and to develop raw power, mobility, and resilience. I meet my clients in one-on-one sessions and create personalized programs that integrate breathwork, mindful flow, and dynamic strength, designed to help people of all levels move with confidence, prevent injury, and thrive in daily life. I am passionate about holistic fitness, and I believe that true strength comes from harmony between body, mind, and breath.
