Led by Amanda Shipe—trained directly by Bryan Legere, the founder of the Yoga Wall—this comprehensive Yoga Wall Teacher Training will equip you with the skills to teach safe, effective Yoga Wall group classes or private sessions.

Discover the transformative power of Thai Massage, often called the “lazy person’s yoga” — because you simply relax while receiving deep, assisted stretches and healing touch. Accessible to everyone, no prior experience required!

At Mind Your Body Oasis (MYBO), we’ve developed the unique Sensorial Thai Yoga Body Work Technique to help you share the profound gift of compassionate touch with your loved ones, clients, and community. Led by Amanda Shipe, a dedicated Yoga Teacher and certified Thai Yoga Body Work Practitioner (graduate of the Thai Massage Institute of Arlington), this approach blends traditional Thai Massage principles with yoga assists, making it a powerful addition to any yoga teacher’s toolkit — or an enriching skill for beginners.


200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)

Our alignment-based vinyasa yoga teacher training originates from the teachings of Krishnamacharya, the teacher of B.K.S. Iyengar (Iyengar yoga), and Pattabhi Jois (Ashtanga yoga). This gives you a solid foundation of technical excellence combined with philosophical depth, enabling you to teach your practice.

The Oasis offers smaller, intimately-sized teacher training programs, which provide you with unparalleled access to lead teachers during the program and ongoing mentorship and career advice well beyond program completion. You will begin practice teaching your peers early in the training. Through real classroom experience, teaching groups, and hands-on adjustments, you will gain the confidence and ability to begin teaching yoga immediately upon graduation.
