YTT Winter /Spring Schedule 1/26/2024—4/13/2024
In addition, you are required to have practice 5 times a week when we have a Module and hopefully for the time you are actively enrolled. You must attend 3 Vinyasa/Flow classes, 1 Gentle/yin class and the 5th class can be of your choosing (at MYBO or another studio).
On training weekends, Friday’s are 5-9pm, Saturday’s 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Sunday’s 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. These times include 3 of the 5 yoga classes required for that week.
This Spring 2024 training is in person or virtual if you prefer.
