YTT 2019 Winter/Spring Schedule

  • Module 1: 1/11-13

  • Module 2: 1/25-27

  • Module 3: 2/8-2/10

  • Module 4: 2/22-24

  • Module 5: 3/8-3/10

  • Module 6: 3/22-3/24

  • Module 7: 4/5-4/7

  • Module 8: 4/12-4/14

In addition, you are required to have practice 5 times a week when we have a Module and hopefully for the time you are actively enrolled. You must attend 3 Vinyasa/Flow classes, 1 Gentle/yin class and the 5th class can be of your choosing (at MYBO or another studio).

On training weekends, Friday’s are 5-10pm, Saturday’s 8:30 am - 5:15 pm, Sunday’s 9 am - 6 pm. These times include 3 of the 5 yoga classes required for that week.
